Hey all, Ive posted some issues I have had in the past during this prolonged build. 38x16 FG Latham pool went in last July, along with a semicircle tanning ledge, and now just finishing due to PB not ordering things in time and then dealing with supply chain issues. Overall very pleased. Awaiting the wireless module for the autocover still so having to open and close with an extension cord (annoying but 1st world problems). Also now waiting for 2-3 more Intellivalves which he JUST realized he needed (have the two that came with my Intellilcenter i8PS). We have two 3' Brilliant Wonders 2 LED Waterfalls, 1 Pentair LED Bubbler in ledge, 2 Laminars, 4 Intellibrite lights. He installed two filters (one small one with a Pentair specialty waterfall pump for the bubbler), everything else runs off the variable flow pump.
- Questions I have as we finish up -
1 - PB so far cannot get the Brilliant Wonders 2 LED waterfalls to sync up with the rest of the lights/water features. We installed a Smart Sync unit.
2 - Laminars break up and are not quite a solid stream about a foot or two above water leading to them being louder than anticipated, additionally the light stream doesnt make it through the whole stream, when you stand to the side it is a bit more noticeable but definitely not even. There seems to be a bit of a random pulse of water every 5-10 seconds through the stream which makes the sold flow break up and splash.
3 - I assume there is no way to sync pool lights with music?
4 - Bubbler will not bubble much if any off the Pentair Specialty Waterfall pump so PB says we need a larger pump.
5 - Intellicenter has ethernet run to it and panel works fine, PB hasnt finished programming yet but has never installed an Intellicenter before, only Easy Touch. Now he has finally converted due to persistence. How do I go about setting up the Intellicenter2 app with the system? Do I need to wait until the whole programming is done? Just would like to run the lights and such so I dont have to walk the 75' or so to panel each time.
