How does the Triton PS compare to the S200? With a shorter height i am hoping the Triton will clean the 10 inch deep sun shelf?

Pretty sure it won't. Once it starts sucking air it will seek deeper water. Ours has never cleaned the sun shelf. It's gotten up on it but then starts sucking air and does an immediate about face.

I have a Dolphin Triton PS and it's been very unreliable. Been in the shop more than once a year until warranty ran out. Now (just outside of the two-year warranty) broke again, but I am not shelling out the $200-$300 to get it fixed. Complete lemon for me!
