So about three months ago I purchased a Dolphin Quantum (after much research) understanding it had Bluetooth and Remote capability. It however doesn't have any of those features. It took a little bit of research but I finally figured out where I had gone wrong.
Long story short, Maytronics had the unit listed under "Questions/Answers" as having Bluetooth and Remote capability. The Rep immediately recognized the listing error and they approved an upgrade for me. I ended up getting the Active 30 and love it.
The Active 30 arrived before I had an opportunity to even ship the Quantum back to them, via prepaid label.
Anyhow just thought I'd let you know in case someone else ran into a similar issue. Maytronics is in the process of correcting their listings but still have numerous errors.
