Loud Hayward VSP at low speeds

New pool completed the beginning of September 2023. The pump installed is a Hayward VSP 950. It’s loud even at low speeds such as 1200rpm. Is this normal?

Not sure how to upload a video here or else I would so you all can hear this thing.

Is the noise coming from the pump end or the cooling fan end?
Pump is still under warranty, file a warranty claim or call the installer.
