Any clue where and if I can still find it ?
I assume there is no other alternative for CYA less chlorine that is good for hot tubs ?

TFP recommends liquid chlorine once CYA has reached the target range.

Not really. Lithium has gone from cheap to extremely valuable in the last 20 years and unless the next battery breakthrough is lithium-free, you'll probably never see lithium-hypo again.
