Keep pump running, but times out automatically

Hello,
The instructions for adding most chemicals to my swim spa says to keep the pump running but air off.
Problem is, my swim spa jets turn off automatically after 15 minutes.
There is one corner of the swim spa where the jets stay on continually but its not forceful by any means.
Am I supposed to keep turning the pumps/jets on manually for hours so that the chemicals mix or is the gentle flow from the corner jets enough to mix?

15 minutes and the gentle flow is enough...
