Just had Quartzscapes Barbados Blue installed a couple of weeks ago. I noticed large white patches and inconsistencies throughout soon after. I spoke with contractor and he said this is completely normal. Really? Unfortunately, the work was done by a contractor who states he’s certified, but I did not check to make sure. Took the word of the pool company I use who contracted the job. Do I have any recourse or is this just poor workmanship?
