Our Intex sand filter quit working. We had an extra from when we purchased a new pool last year. Its a smaller filter but it came with the pool so should work. Problem is we cant find the basket that attaches to the filter. Can't use the other basket because it doesn't fit. I have looked everywhere and the box with the filter said box 1 of 2 so assuming that basket was in a different box. I don't want to pay $400 for a new filter plus not sure if I can even find one. I have tried Ebay and Amazon and I cant find just a basket. Any thoughts - suggestions? I need my pool!! :0 Thank you!

We may need to clarify your request. You mention the filter stopping working? I'm assuming you actually mean the pump motor? The pic shows two filters though, so I'm a bit confused as to what you really need. The only part that has a "basket" is the pump motor assembly under the lid. On the owners manual HERE, it shows it as part number 16 (see pages 4-5). Is that what you are referring to? Or are you looking for the sand filter's "sand shield" (item #6)?
