Intermittent iAqualink connectivity

I finally spoke to Tech Support at Flurida today. They said that the Web interface was working normally and had been for the past 2-weeks.

They logged into my system remotely and tried the Schedule function and it brought my system offline just as I’ve experienced for the past two weeks They said it was a memory issue and the memory just needed to be reset. They did this remotely and it fixed my issue.

I don't know if that's what you need or not.

They told me how I could clear the memory and handle this issue if it should arise again. There is a "Clear Memory" in the Web Interface under System Set Up, you just have to scroll the pages with the right arrow to get to it. You need to relabel all your items after so take a screen shot of everything including your schedule, etc.

To reach support, rather than wait on hold FOREVER I used the callback option and they did call back about 40 mins later.
