Not sure if this is the right place to post but wondering if anyone has ever used the hydra pool coping and if so where you got it through? I got a kit from poolwarehouse and accidentally ordered the wrong corners and have been trying to get the right ones ordered but no ones returned phone calls or emails

Ordered the wrong corners or were sent the wrong corners?
PW was pretty unresponsive for me after the sale. If you are looking to purchase additional corners I would bet the sales team would be eager to sell something else. [emoji16]
I know I also had Hydra pool numbers provided with my kit, have you tried calling them directly?

I used pool warehouse for my kit. Can you clarify how your coping was ordered? I ask because it is a kit. During your design phase you pick out what style you want. They calculate and ship how much you need.
If they shipped you the wrong coping are you past your 30 days to rectify?

I messed up and got excited seeing the lower price and didn’t think about it so I ordered 4’ radius corners but needed 4’ reverse radius.. I called them and they said they can get them but won’t return my calls to let me know how much it will cost (whole pool had to be redone due to lack of care from previous owner so we’re penny pinching trying to get funds figured out)Ordered the wrong corners or were sent the wrong corners?

It was my fault completely and I ordered the wrong ones so I told them I’ll keep the wrong ones obviously since it was my fault but still nothing from them
Good luck w them I'm waiting on return calls too. U don't need special coping from hydra u can use anybody's coping on a metal wall pool
