How to read the date on this pool, essentials chlorine?

Walmart was out of the chlorine pool essentials with the white and blue label. The single gallons.. What they had today is a case of 2 gallons for $10.88 and different labels. I cannot figure out how to read the date on the new gallons.

My guess is: Date: 14-Aug-2023; Julian Date: 23226

Without any other info, we generally interpret 23226 as the 226th day of 2023, or August 14, 2023. That stuff is old.

Yikes! I was able to read the dates on the blue and white gallons. It does appear Aug 14, 2023 on these!
Has anyone seen the blue and orange labels before?

If they are that old, I wonder where Walmart was hiding them? I will need to bring them back.
