How to clean moss and algie stains from carpeted side deck

So I opened up my pool and the side deck, which is carpeted gray, has some staining on it. What's the best way to clean this? Recommended products?
I'm assuming a limited amount of products would b ok to use since you gotta be careful with getting whatever you use getting in the pool.

I'd think standard mold and mildew bathroom cleaner would work. Also perhaps a vinegar spray. Try to keep whatever you use out of the pool of course.
