Help with 12v Hayward Astrolite

Checking out what I need to get the pool light working. I should replace everything, right? :poop:
It's a 12v Hayward Astrolite. There's a transformer for it 30 feet away.
There's a heavy layer of metal deposit on everything stainless steel. There's corrosion inside the light socket. The cord is not looking so good...

It looks like your PH may have been low or high and attacked the light... I would say you need to replace the whole light.. Have you looks at sunseeker lights, lots have been going with them :)
