New to this forum. Live in Cotulla, TX about 60 miles north of Mexico, aka “heck ON EARTH”
Have had pools for years, Inground at one home, not here, and now 27’ above ground. I have never had the trouble I’m now having fighting algae. I have learned more than I ever needed to know before about pool chemistry, and chlorine storage. I think my problem is the result of an absolute cascade of failures on my part. Add to that we are an hour from large city and everything must be ordered and wait for shipping. Going to try the Slam recommended here, but must now wait to order fas/dpd test kit to start!
