I just started to build my own pool. So far I have the design completed, approved engineering documents, permits to build from the city, and I cleared my back yard this weekend to make way for the layout and excavation. I've started my pool equipment list, however I'm having a tough time getting all the plumbing I need checked off. I'm trying to calculate how much steel I need now so I can order it, however I'm not having a lot of luck finding a "pool layout" sub or a "pool steel" sub.
It looks like it's going to be a pretty large project, so hopefully I'll be able to get a lot of guidance from this site!
I added a pdf of the pool document in case anyone is interested. I did it in visio, so you might have to use your imagination on some of it but it got me the permit!View attachment pool2-notes.pdf
