We had our above-ground pool installed at the end of July and I'm SO glad to have stumbled across this page. A little back story- we were given the pool/pump/sand filter from friends. Despite being 'free' it's been the most expensive headache we've ever had! (Our kiddos owe us big time!) This page got me through several hiccups including learning chemicals (pool installation company instructions were so wrong!), a week with no pump- clean water still!!, and will hopefully help through the latest fiasco of a main drain leak. At the rate we're going this will probably be the thing's first and last Indiana fall and winter! Anyways, I just wanted to say that ya'll are amazing and a HUGE help to us newbies! Thanks again!
