Anyone have any experience with this Heat Recovery Unit by Doucette Industries?

That is for heating your house water heater tank, not a pool.
That said, Doucette does make a heat exchanger for using your AC to heat a pool. Beware though, someone here got it because it was cheaper than the HotSpot FPH (which also heats your pool from your AC). Turns out that's because the Doucette unit was only the heat exchanger, while the HotSpot FPH was a heat exchanger, required valves, and control unit, i.e. a complete package.
I have it in the back of my mind to possibly buy a HotSpot FPH at some point in time, but right now I have no experience with something like that.
