I have had the Circupool RJ-60 for 2 years now and it has been nothing but problems. After 1 year I had problems with both the cell and control unit and had to send both back and spent a $200+ between repairs and shipping. Now a year later it has failed again and I am looking to cut my losses and replace it with something more reliable.
My pool is a pretty basic 20k gallon gunnite pool, no spa. I currently have a hayward echostar pump, colorlogic pool light, and Pentair CCP420 Filter. I am considering the Hayward AQR15 but didn't know if there might be a better option. I would love some kind of remote interface that I could use to control my pump/light. I've been looking at the Prologic control units but it isn't clear to me if I can hook a salt cell directly to them or if I still need the control unit from the AQR15. Is there another option for a controller that would be good for a remote interface as well as a controlling the salt cell?
