I need to replace the flange/clamp on my Hayward sand filter, model S-245T. I can only find parts online for the S-244T, and wanted to confirm the parts are compatible with my older Hayward...
Hayward sand filter S-245T- does it use same parts as the S-244T?

The older S245T uses a stainless steel band clamp while the S244T uses a different plastic clamp with two retaining bolts. They may be interchangeable but I wouldn't risk it.
