We recently went to a resort that had foam cannons that sprayed thick layers of foam all over the surface of the pool.

We have an annual adult pool party and my wife wants try the foam idea this year.

I dont see where this would cause and "physical" damage to anything..

Has anyone done this and/ or what concerns would yall have?

That it would take forever to filter out & you’d be bubbly for a while - I assume it is surfactant based?

At the resort party the suds were all gone within 30 minutes of tjem stopping the cannons...granted it was pretty windy also. I tried to get info on what they used but it was in Mexico and there was a language barrier. The pool never got cloudy or looked like chemistry was effected
