For Christmas I got my wife one of those Lay-Z-Spa Palm Springs inflatable hot tubs. This thing is very cool, but last night I put some all in one pool granules in it and this morning it has a FC level of 20. Do I need to dump the water? Is an FC level of 20 safe to sit in? Thanks for the help. The tub hold 254 gallons of water if that helps.
First spa. May have over done it with the chemicals.

FC dissipates pretty quickly in a SPA. You probably could have just left the top off for a day and the FC would have dropped pretty quickly on its own. But dumping out half the water is a quick fix and does not harm anything as long as you readjust the rest of your chemicals (i.e., CYA, pH, TA, and CH). Just letting it dissipate on its own would have saved you from having to readjust everything.
