I was wondering where you buy the Taylor strips and which one. I have a new Hot Springs 7 person Rythm hot tub and for the last several months I have been pulling my hair out. I keep draining and refilling it and it keeps going green :-(. I have my water tested 1x a week by my pool company and the more chemicals I put in the more itchy my skin is. My 6 year old and 10 year old love to get in it as well. Please help me from losing my ever-loving-mind !!!

First thing, you need to order a good Taylor test kit and start testing on your own. Do not trust the pool guy. I'm not good with the links, but I will get someone to get them for you.
Second thing, order some Ahh some and use that. It will get rid of the biofilm that can build up in the pipes. It's what you can't see that can be causing a problem.
Which sanitizer are you using with your spa? Chlorine or bromine?
Third thing is to go to pool school and read the write up on which one you are using
