Can anyone direct me to a video on Jerry rigging a hose bib? I would like to connect a garden hose between my skimmer and pump to easily drain pool from excessive rain fall. I’ve already went and bought 2 - 1.5” 3’ foot hoses in hopes the hardware store would provide some pvc Tee pipe but their 1.5” pipe doesn’t fit my hoses. Any ideas or video links would be greatly appreciated

I am confused what you want. Do you want a hose that sprays out or a hose that is used as a siphon? I put a hose real on my equipment pad and a 2 way hose tee on my existing faucet to run a hose to the pad.

I just want to open a faucet/hose bib to drain my pool some when it gets to high from rain water. I could alway siphon it out with my vacuum hose but just trying to make it easier by just opening a valve. A garden hose would be much smaller and better hidden under the mulch while running the hose around the pool to the backside.

What are you going to attach it to to drain the pool? My pool has a faucet coming out of the plumbing between the pump and the filter. When my pool needs to be drained, I attach a hose to this faucet and open it up and run the pump. Are you looking for something similar? If so, you should be able to cut a piece of plumbing out and add this to your setup.
