Dolphin S300i Power supply issue

Hello everyone!

All of the sudden today, as soon as I plugged in the power supply into the mains, the robot started the cleaning process straight forward!

Normally, it was on stand-by and I could either start it from the button on the power supply or the Dolphin Plus App.

I tried it multiple times and even leave it to finish a full circle, still the same. The moment I plug it in it will start working. Despite the above issue, all the other functions are working fine.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the power supply may be in "automation mode", which many of us enable so we can plug it into a WiFi outlet or similar and have it start whenever the power comes on. Automation mode is enabled by holding the On/Off button for 15 seconds; you might try doing that to see if it turns it off also? It's also possible that if the timer circuitry in the power supply has gone bad it ends up defaulting to that mode (which is I suppose better than not working at all)

Good news are that I am still under Warranty! Tried that 15 second thing but nothing happens. Do you push the button after power on OR you are holding it and the you power on? Can't find anything related in the manual.

Probably my power supply does not support this option, is the one with the single button on it, it is the iot230 model.

Thanks for your time and your reply!
