Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus w/Wi-Fi Stuck

My robot gets stuck between my swim out bench and coping. It happens every time, and I was wondering if anyone else experiences this issue and if thye have a solution or workaround. I almost want to put something on the bench so the robot moves on, but not sure what. I also feel like the motor will go because it runs in place half out if water for quite some time.
