Had a pool builder install a concrete swim up countertop tiled in stone. One of the tiles has cracked (2 years after installation) and the pool builder is claiming they are not responsible even though their warranty states 5 year guarantee for all tile, mastic, silicone and masonry.
Their contention is, without even looking at the issue in person, that there was settling and that isn't covered.
Is this pretty standard?
