I hired someone to put up our Coleman oval 16x20x48 above ground pool and they put the U supports under the strap that wraps around the circumference of the pool because there were NO STRAPS to put the U support through on the very bottom of the pool. Is this a redesign or a factory defect? Can the U legs stand in there own without the looping it through the bottom of the pool like the picture on the box shows? Should I remove from under the strap that runs around the circumference?

My Coleman oval 16x10x48 pool only came with 1 strap around the circumference of the pool. There a NO STRAPS on the very bottom that hold the U Leg Supports as I see in all the other pictures or videos. Right now the U supports are behind the single strap that wraps around the pool.

I had someone set up our Coleman oval pool 16x10x48 and there are no pockets/loops for the U shaped supports. There is only 1 strap around the circumference of the pool. The U supports and the straight legs are behind this 1 strap. Is this a manufacturer’s defect? I’m at a loss of what to do now that it’s filled. I contacted Best way/ Coleman but no response yet. Any information is much appreciated.
