Closing Pool with Tanning Ledge and Lighted Bubblers

This is the 1st time closing the pool. What is the best practice for closing a pool with lighted bublers in tanning ledge?

My tanning ledge is about 8 inches deep. How much water it typically left on the tanning ledge. What happens when it freezes?

The bubblers are blown out just like any return, and plugged. I use rubber plugs with a wing nut on my bubblers and returns, but the bubbler plugs are a larger size. My ledge is 12 inches of water and I drain my water 2 inches below my tiles for freeze protection. That leaves about 7-8 inches of water on my ledge. Not sure about if a fiberglass pool needs to be drained at all, or below the skimmers. I have a plaster pool.
