Any recommendations for pool covers and leaf covers for oval above ground pool? Are cables and winches sold separately?

most recommend to get the cheapest one as they die in 2 years anyway... most come with all the hardware you need to install it... about the best thing I recommend is to take to SLAM level after the water reaches below 50 degrees
