Chlorine Feeder and Pump Run Times

I am looking at adding a chlorine feeder to the pool this year since we will be away on vacation often and there will be no one available to add liquid chlorine. We only run the pool for 3 months in the summer and end up swapping out about 1/2 the total water each year due to winterization so I am not tremendously worried about getting high CYA values but I will monitor them.

My question is, I run the pump during the day(solar heat) so its off all night. When the pump kicks on in the morning is there a blast of super chlorinated water that goes into the pool, is that dangerous in any way?. I am looking at a Hayward offline feeder, CL220EF .
TIA!

This is why feeders have to be plumbed to be the last in line before the return. Inline feeders will do this, though as Richard said it would mix quickly and be a non-issue. But with an offline feeder this shouldn't even be a thing, it's just trickling chlorinated water in to the feed slowly so there won't be a surge of super-chlorinated water.
