I recently bought a VS pump and now I’m having issues when the pump switches to lower rpm the flow switch registers low flow and the salt cell isn’t activated. I guess I could raise my % for it to produce more when it’s at a higher rate? Any suggestions?

At what low rpm were you receiving the low flow indication? You should be able to find an rpm that your cell's flow switch likes, and/or adjusting the % output to match one of your higher rpms setting of the day. But I believe an rpm of about 1200-1400 should be adequate for the flow switch.
