Can Lifting Deck Cause Pool Leak?

Noticed deck starting to lift and water goes into void when swimming. Is this water actually being lost or subject to leak in the future if water level set too high? Attached photos of areas with and without deck lifting.

Yes. Dont ever let the water get above the tile.

Most likely the back of the deck is sinking, which causes the coping side to lift a bit.
