I just installed my 12x24 ultra intex pool and leveled the area as best as I could. I used 12x12x1.5” patio pavers for under the legs and they all cracked in half the next day. I understand now I should have used PT wood. Is there a way to change them out without draining the pool?

Pavers are great until they aren't. 
If they aren't on a stable surface they snap in no time. Well, if nothing is moving right now, I would probably leave it alone. I wouldn't try anything crazy like jacking-up the frame or anything like that right now. You've got what, maybe 60 days left in the season at best? Perhaps leave that job for the fall after closing when you lower the water level a bit?

Those are actual 1 inch stones. True pavers are 2.5+ actual. I know lots of places call them pavers but they're really stepping stones.
