Hey guys I have an auto pilot salt generator with “check flow”
I have cleaned the skimmer baskets,
Filter basket
Cleaned the pool cartridge filters
Hit sensor assembly with muriatic acid
Cleaned salt cell with muriatic acid.
Still have “check flow”

The flow switch/sensor may be bad.
While you get things sorted out be sure to dose daily with liquid chlorine so you don’t have an algae problem.
Follow the
FC/CYA Levels
Use
PoolMath to calculate amounts

Could be a bad flow sensor. Do you have a variable speed pump and if so, I assume you bumped up the flow to see if that solved the issue?

I have the same thing going on with the check flow error

This is my 3rd season with the SWG (total 6 months in use so far)

My DE filter is clean, my 2.0 Hayward Pump is running fine

I have inspected the Cell - it’s clean, nothing visibly wrong

I have replaced the lower manifold and the Tri Sensor - and still a check flow error

Autopilot phone support is non existent- they don’t answer the phone for SWG customers

They did finally reply to an email but all I got was “did you clean the screen?”

By the time I get this figured out the pool season will be over
