Some lessons learned this first year.
Commit to the SLAM. Don't half do it or I'll be half doing it for a month or more.
Use it more often.
Brushing may be more important than vacuuming to get circulation going.
I can level ground to within an inch over 25 feet.
Buy the big test kit. Otherwise you need to buy more chlorine test and more CYA test. So you might as well have paid the extra for the big kit.
Need a better ladder for next year.
Let the Missus decorate it as much as she likes.
