Thanks to the many detailed threads in this community, I'm ready to start the process. I've collected a list of some sub-contractors to start quoting (could use more), but my first step is a consultant. Google is not helpful here and I'd rather find a recommended consultant from TFP. Would anyone be able to share their consultant with me? I'm in Gilbert if that makes a difference. TIA!
