AquaLink RS Buttons not working

I got an AquaLink RS controller (probably ~ 8 years old!). The AUX 3 and AUX buttons were working well for the pool light and spa light. But they suddenly stopped working. Got a PDA type remote controller. Can't turn on the lights neither from the PDA nor via the control box by the pump. I checked online for trouble shooting guide, they offer step by step process using the control box inside the house. However the inhouse control box is not working for many years and I can't use that.

Any thoughts what could be the issue? Do I need to replace the board or the relay or the transformer (or something else)? How do I pin point the issue?

Thank you so much in advance.

When you push filter pump button with service light on does it work? And when you turn on Aux 3 can you hear a click noise right after? If the relay is working you could check the gfci on the light to make sure it isn't tripped if so reset and hit relay button again. Otherwise you will need to check power into and out of the relays

I had reset the GCFI, but no luck. Below is the photo of the GFCI. I noticed that one portion is down, and it stays like that. Also there is a red light. Are these normal?

When I press AUX 3 or AUX 4 there is a click type of noise, but the lights do NOT come on. Also noticed that when I press AUX3 button (pool light), the pump starts running (even though the pump is off on "service") - is that normal??

Thank you again for your help.

No on both accounts. On the GFCI if you pressed "reset" and it didn't stay down, and the red light is on, there's a problem on that circuit. Also there's another problem when you pressed Aux3 (Pool Light) and the pump came on, there's a problem there as well. I recommend calling an electrician to resolve these issues. Hope that helps.
