I just got my pool replastered with new tiles. I let the contractor know ahead of time that the return jets were old and pointed at an angle into to the pool wall. I asked that he include fixing them in the quote. They told me they would do all new fittings.
The plaster went on and they didn’t put new fittings on. They said they looked into it, but couldn't do anything because of the 45 degree angle. They said they would have to install new lines and rip up the pavers and coping.
How bad is it that these jets point right at the wall?
I went with a dyed plaster, so I'm worried about fading issues.
Thanks!
