Leaning towards the Dolphin since it’s corded.. one less thing to worry about.

But the aiper is way cheaper, especially right now.

Biggest concerns would be our Baja shelf and the 2 steps down from it. I guess it wouldn’t kill me to sweep them and let the skimmer handle it. I’ll have to vacuum the spa anyways.

Just curious which is a better machine, reliability, customer service/warranty. Also open to other options.

Specs in signature - 15x35 including Baja shelf and spa

The dolphin robots with the single basket are far superior to the nautilus models. I originally tried to nautilus model, but returned it, because it was infuriating.

Maybe this thread will help

That is the one complaint I have with the nautilus. Having to clean two small baskets is more of a pain than one larger one.

The comparison for the Aiper would be the Freedom, no?
Part of the question I guess would be the preference of corded vs cordless

i did skim thru that but haven’t taken a deep dive.

Thanks to the wonders of the interwebs, there was an aiper ad on Facebook and 90% of the comments were negative. Normally Facebook is pretty even with good and bad comments

It looks like the nautilus cc has the single basket, the nautilus cc plus and above have the dual cartridge thing. Only downside is it’s 33’ max, I guess not a big deal since the Baja ledge and spa take up 6-8’. Never really measured.

The aiper will not climb steps or get on the baja shelf. I have a baja shelf with one step leading to it as well as a grotto. The aiper does not do either, I beleive due to the 4 wheel design. I previously had the smorobot which is tracked and it would do the steps and grotto however i burned thru three in i think less than 6 months due to water intrusion issues.
