Active 40 app indicates robot not responding

I have the same issue with a Dolphin Active 40 saying the robot is not responding and to check connections. Has anyone figured out a solution to this yet? It’s very annoying to use it with that error message going at the same time.

My Active 30 started doing this a few days ago after getting a new cord as the swivel was stuck on my old one, any updates?
