Above ground pool automation for heater, pump and swg recommendation

Hi guys
I would like to remotely control my equipment ( phone or computer )
is it possible to get this done with my equipment for above ground pool (12x24) and what would be your recommendation ?

I got

Raypak Heater 206,000 BTU's NG ELE W/ Cupro-Nickel Heat Exchanger 014938

Hayward CC15093S Xstream Full-Flo 150-Square-Foot 1.5 Horsepower Filtration Filter

Hayward AQR15 AquaRite Salt Chlorination System

- also deck led lights ( i dont know if that could be also included )

Normally we suggest that you keep everything in the same manufacturer when it comes to automation. Since you have a Hayward pump and SWG, you'd probably want to go with a Hayward Prologic system. At the very high end, Hayward has the Omnilogic system and at the entry level they have the OnCommand or eCommand systems. Prologic is the mid range system.

I'm not familiar with Hayward equipment so you'll have to wait for another opinion on which is best.

I was thinking about their heater too but as per tfp recommendation I went with raypak

Heaters are "dumb" and non-specific. As long as the automation system says it can control a heat source, then pretty much any heater can be connected to any automation system. The only items specific to an automation system are typically SWGs and variable speed pumps.

ok so maybe after all I dont really need a fancy system. Im new to all that pool biz.
Maybe you can point me into right direction
Currently I have my pump ( single speed) and swg on one switch ( Intermatic T101P3 )
but I would like to switch my raypak heater only when i need it - i dont want it to be always on

how can I make this happened remotely ?

In order to do WiFi automation, you may need some other gear for your home. But Intermatic is a good brand name and they're definitely expanding into the wireless pool controls market.

Unfortunately there's not a lot of options out there. Even the big players like Pentair and Hayward have LOUSY internet capable products. It boggles my mind that I can buy an $80 HP Printer with a built-in WiFi wireless access point that allows me total control of the printer and that a coffee pot can have Bluetooth connectivity to a smartphone but Pentair and Hayward can find enough engineers in their employ to figure out how to add that to their control systems??? It's incredibly dumb how stuck-in-the-1990's these pool companies are.

I think the Intermatic stuff is Z-wave compatible, so there is the possibility of setting up a Z-wave controller with your home Wifi and then trying to control it that way Also, check out Amazon and see if Alexa is compatible with anything....
