Over the past 15 yrs, I've employed about a half dozen different pool services for weekly cleaning and chemical balancing, and have never felt that I was getting my money’s worth. Now retired, I am able to give my pool the attention I have always wanted.
Further, here in SoCal, swimming season runs from about late May into Sept. After that, water temps are too cold, though I’m investigating alternatives to using the gas heater. The cost of heating the spa is cost prohibitive, not to mention my 20k gal pool.
I’m well on my way and so far water tests are looking good!
