For the past couple of weeks I have run my pump continuously to clear green algae. Although all of the lights work on my Compool lx3400 control box the pump only works when I turn my circuit beraker on/off. All of the lights are on (auto, service, filter, spa, back wash, drain, fill...etc) but when I press them nothing happens. Has anyone run into this issue? Am I looking at having to purchase a new control box?

Look into the Pentair Easy touch upgrade. Very easy to do and will be better than trying to repair the old Compool. Just upgraded my older than yours LX10/Timemaster. I am very happy with it. Also look into adding a ScreenLogic interface. Your old remotes will not work with Easy Touch.
