Aquabot Turbo T - need troubleshooting help

I picked up an Aquabot Turbo T from craigslist today. The seller said that it worked fine until the fuse on the power supply started to blow. He gave it to me for $100. I figured that to be a pretty good deal!

So this is the situation:
- power supply works and turns on. I can start a program and it'll does fine
- the fuse blows ONLY when the cable is plugged into the power supply AND a program is running. I.e. when power is being sent to the robot.

Any ideas? Bad cable? Bad power supply?

Boy I don't know, but that cleaner looks like he's ready to retire. Looks like it's been a good one for you.
