Best place in the pool to add bleach?

Just a quick question : when adding the bleach, do you pour around the whole pool, in front of the skimmer, or in front of a jet that's blowing into the pool? I think I have misread the instructions somewhere...thought it would be easier to just ask you all on here for a quick answer.

That was one of my concerns when I first got my pool. I was adding into the skimmer.

Patrick's technique is what I use now. You can actually see the jet shoot the chlorine into the pool and begin to circulate it.

Well, I added mine in front of the skimmer last night...I misread "return" as the skimmer. My mistake! Now I know and hopefully others are clearer too!
