My pool is not a wreck...It has been crystal clear the last two weeks, but the last two nights the deep end has become a little hazy (can still see the drain).
New test kit arrived:
CYA=100 (tried this test three times...did the diluted test the third time..pretty confident)
FC = 3.5
CC= 1
pH = 7.2
Alk= 110
Calcium Hardness= 300
I prefer not to drain 50 percent of pool all at once. The water will be soooo cold! Could I do a foot drain/refill every night for a week?
Could a helpful techie here give me a chlorine plan?
I've read pool school and numerous SLAM threads. With a CC of 1, I don't know if my pool needs a shock or if I should just up my FC to 7ppm as per the CYA/FC chart.
I've turned off my trichlor dispenser. Have 8.25 bleach on hand.
Thank you for any input!
