Is this Normal?

Hello

I have lots of tiny bubbles coming from my spa spillover returns. I've never really noticed this before. They aren't big are bubbles, just many tiny little ones.

Do you have a SWG. Small bubbles from a SWG when the cell is active is normal. Otherwise, that suggests a suction side air leak.

Thanks Jason - I do not have an SWG - Is this an easy fix or something I should have my pool company repair?

Suction side air leaks can happen from a wide variety of reasons, some simple, some complicated. I recommend looking at the Suction Side Air Leaks article in Pool School and at least trying some of the simpler things before calling a pool tech.

Thanks - I have read... Looks like I have a bad o-ring on the chlorinator lid. I'm sure that would cause some of it. Would it not? I did the water test on the pump basket and also noticed there appears to be a leak there too.
