I have a reliant pool pump, rl2730.
This season when opening up the pool, I leaned on it too hard when backwashing and caused a leak.
The problem is I don't have a good seal between the strainer housing and the pump cover.
The pump cover ended up getting stripped near where it seals, and so I ordered a new pump cover. I still have the leak though.
I'm sure it has to do with the 'clip' that somehow goes between the strainer housing and the pump cover. I have no idea how to get that in there.
Help needed...
Or if you know of a web resource for assembling the reliant pump I'm all ears....
Thank you
