Pool Plan Final - Revision 1 small size.jpg

So I have a new pool build for my backyard in AZ a pool builder ran off with 15000 of my money so I am learning to build a pool by myself. I have gotten the engineering done and am almost ready to break ground some of the estimates seem a little high and I am trying to keep it in budget. Can anyone tell me if it would be smarter / cheaper to do the entire raised spa as well as the façade wall in shot Crete or have a pool mason come out and do it?

If you're going to do the entire pool in Shotcrete, then it would make sense to do all of the structural elements at the same time in Shotecrete. A mason is more for the finishing touches such as tile, coping, stonework etc.

What does the engineering plan say?
