Looking for a nice little form/log to record my test results

I only have one month under my belt with this pool and my levels are pretty stable now that its clean and not full of CYA. I'm sure the levels change but they are not rapid changes in my area, I like the idea of making the form an XLS chart so I could automatically graph the results but the wife says I am too much of a control geek already so I haven't bothered. :blah:

Attaching my spreadsheet. It is similar to many others. If I were smarter and/or had more time I would build a small Access database and form to capture and report on the usage, etc. Heck, with something like that and the Pool Calculator available as iPhone Apps I might have to by an iPhone! Hint! Hint!

If you did not want to buy an iphone, you could get a ipod touch as well.
